速度向量成像技术及其定量评价

摘要:  应变和应变率成像(strain and strain rate imaging,SRI)是显示局部心肌变形和变形速率的实时超声成像技术,是定量评价局部心肌功能的新方法 [1] 。目前超声测量心肌应变的方法由组织多普勒技术(TDI)发展而来,通过阈值滤过高频、低振幅的血流信号,检测低频、高振幅的室壁运动信号,这种技术受超声束方向与室壁运动方向间夹角的影响,主要用于检测心肌长轴方向的运动 [2-4] 。速度向量成像技术(velocity vector imaging,VV..
