影像导引经皮肾肿瘤冷冻消融术的应用价值

摘要:  肾癌是肾脏最常见的恶性肿瘤,根治性肾切除术一直是肾细胞癌传统的治疗方法。但其创伤性大,对于双侧性肾癌、孤立肾肾癌、年老体弱者不适用。一系列临床研究表明肾癌的局部切除可以产生将整个肾脏切除同样的治愈率,而且切除一侧肾的患者可能由于肾单位减少后的高滤过导致肾功能不全,同时肾癌有双侧发生的危险性,另外即使低风险性的肾癌,经根治性肾切除术后局部复发和远处转移率仍为1.0%~9.6%。随着冷冻消融技术的进步、..
