原发性心脏淋巴瘤一例

摘要: 患者男，48岁，银行职员，因“失眠、腹胀、食欲差”于2006年9月1日来院就诊。该患者饮酒15年，每日400 ml，不吸烟。既往身体健康。家庭成员健康，无传染病及遗传病史可查。 就诊时查体：T 36.5 ℃ ，P 80次/min，R 20次/min，BP 120/80 mm Hg。一般状况可，发育正常，营养良好，精神差，神志清晰。全身毛发正常，皮肤无黄染及皮疹，浅表淋巴结不肿大；双侧瞳孔等大等圆，直接及间接对光反射正常，耳、鼻、牙齿正常，..
