摘要: 肺癌是目前全球死亡率最高的肿瘤之一，其中80%的患者为非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC)。由于化疗和分子靶向药物的开发应用，以及多学科综合治疗模式的发展，NSCLC的治疗效果较前有所提高，但患者总体预后仍然较差。近年来，随着对肿瘤分子生物学特性的深入研究，NSCLC的治疗越来越强调个体化。多学科综合治疗发挥越来越重要的作用。 一、NSCLC的辅助化疗 NSCLC研究协作组于1995年发表了一项..
