精确放疗和同步放化疗提高非小细胞肺癌的治愈率

摘要: 早期肺癌是指无淋巴结转移的肺癌，也就是T 1 ～ 2 N 0 M 0 的肺癌；局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer，LANSCLC)是指局部侵犯大血管、椎体、对侧纵隔或锁骨上淋巴结转移肺癌。近几年来国内外研究证明，早期肺癌精确放疗后的5年生存率可达60%～80%，局部晚期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗后5年生存率可达20%～30%，值得引起广大医务工作者的注意和提倡，让更多的肺癌患者从新的放疗技术中获益。 ..
