亚临床型甲状腺功能减退症

摘要: 亚临床型甲状腺功能减退症(subclinical hypothroidism，SHT)诊断依赖实验室生化结果，是指促甲状腺素(thyroid stimulating hormone，TSH)高于正常范围，而血清游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine，FT 4 )与游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine，FT 3 )在正常范围内。随着检测技术的发展，SHT早期检出率越来越高，但由于患者的临床症状未显现或几乎无特异性而易被忽视。目前关于SHT尚存在种种争议，随着中国人口日益老龄化..
