摘要: 目前，肺癌在全球已成为发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤。据WHO统计，全世界每年约有130万人死于肺癌，而85%的肺癌患者在就诊时已失去手术机会，这其中又有30%的患者因肿瘤阻塞气管、支气管导致严重呼吸困难，甚至引起呼吸衰竭而死亡。因此，通过局部治疗对改善这些呼吸窘迫症、提高生存质量具有重大意义。卫生部中日友好医院胸外科从2004年6月至2007年6月用纤维支气管镜冷冻治疗中、晚期中央型肺癌31例，其目的是探讨经纤维支..
