EphB2受体在结直肠癌发生发展中的表达

摘要:目的 探讨EphB2受体在结直肠癌发生发展中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学的方法检测24例正常肠黏膜组织、33例结直肠腺瘤性息肉组织、24例结直肠非典型增生组织、20例早期大肠癌组织、118例进展期结直肠癌组织中的EphB2受体的表达情况，并对进展期结直肠癌组织有无转移(转移组52例，未转移组66例)进行分组比较。结果 (1)EphB2受体在正常肠黏膜、息肉、不典型增生、早期癌、进展期结直肠癌中的表达呈递减趋势，具有统计学差异；(2)EphB2受体在非转移性结直肠癌组织和转移性结直肠癌组织中的表达具有统计学差异(59.1% vs.40.4%，P＝0.044)；(3)EphB2受体在不同分期的结直肠癌组织中的表达具有统计学差异(Duke′s A期、B期与Duke′s C期、D期比较)(60.0% vs.39.7%，P＝0.018)；(4)EphB2受体在结直肠癌中的表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、发生部位、分化程度、浸润深度等临床病理参数均无关。结论 EphB2受体在结直肠癌的发生发展中可能起到了重要的抑制作用。
