太原市4至9月气传真菌与真菌致敏性鼻炎的相关性

摘要:  目的 调查太原市4~9月气传真菌的种类,探讨其与真菌致敏性鼻炎的相关性,为临床提供预防、诊断和脱敏治疗。方法 采用曝片法搜集2015年4~9月期间的气传真菌,调查2015年山西医科大学第一医院全年接诊的1 053例变应性鼻炎患者进行的皮肤点刺和血清IgE测定,分析其与该病的关系。结果 太原市区的空气中真菌以平脐蠕孢菌、交链格孢菌、菌丝碎片、棒孢菌为主,其平脐蠕孢属数量最多,占40.49%。2015年4~9月皮试阳性确诊的真菌致敏性鼻炎患者占总的65.03%(106/163),与气传致敏真菌的季节分布较一致,而血清特异性IgE阳性92例,占确诊为真菌致敏性鼻炎的86.79%,真菌特异性IgE阳性率女性高于男性(23.72% vs. 16.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 气传真菌与真菌致敏性鼻炎密切相关,是变应性鼻炎的重要过敏原之一,女性更多见。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the airborne allergic species in the area of Taiyuan from April to September, and explore their correlation with fungal allergic rhinitis, providing the clinical prevention diagnosis as well as immunotherapy. Methods Airborne allergic fungus were collected by exposed in the air from April to September by 2015, 1 053 patients with allergic rhinitis were examined by the skin prick test and the serum IgE to analyze the relationship. Results The main fungi were flat umbilical helminthosporium, alternaria, hyphae fragments, rod bacteria, the most were flat umbilical helminthosporium, which was 40.49%. The positive rate of fungus allergic rhinitis was 65.03% (106/163) from April to September by 2015, which was similar with airborne fungus seasonal variety. The rate of the serum fungal IgE positive test was 86.79% (92), of which the female was higher than male in the serum fungal IgE test (23.72%/16.21%), P<0.05. Conclusion Airborne allergic fungus is closely related to fungus allergic rhinitis, in main proportion to female, which is the main one of sensitinogen in allergic rhinitis.
