脑胶质瘤患者血清中肝细胞生长因子定量测定的临床意义

摘 要:目的 检测脑胶质瘤患者血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)水平,分析血清HGF水平与胶质瘤恶性程度、手术、放射治疗及化学治疗的关系。方法 32例脑胶质瘤患者按病理分级标准分为高级别组和低级别组。以20例健康人作为对照组,采用ELISA法检测患者外周血中的HGF水平,比较正常人及胶质瘤患者手术前后、放射治疗和化学治疗前后血清HGF水平。结果 高级别组脑胶质瘤患者血清中HGF水平显著高于低级别组HGF水平(P<0.01),且高级别组和低级别组均显著高于正常人(P<0.01、P=0.000446);脑胶质瘤患者手术、放射治疗及化学治疗后血清HGF水平显著下降。结论 脑胶质瘤患者血清HGF浓度水平可以反映肿瘤恶性程度及治疗预后。

The clinical value of measurement of serum HGF content in patients with glioma

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of HGF and degree of malignancy,operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with glioma.Methods Thirty-two cases of gliomas and 20 healthy persons were enrolled in this study. All patients were pathologically divided into high-grade group and low-grade group.Healthy persons were control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method was used to detect the level of HGF in serum,and serum HGF level of all persons was measured and compared.Results Level of HGF in high-grade group differed significantly from those in low-grade group and control group.Level of HGF decreased significantly after operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Conclusions The level of HGF in the patients with glioma plays an important role in its pathologic types and prognosis.
